Programs
the international patient audit
Key takeaways
- One fixed price, US$2,300. One document. No ongoing commitment of any kind.
- The full diagnostic: what Australian patients find, what happens when they reach your site, and what Australian advertising rules allow you to say to them.
- You keep the roadmap whether or not you ever hire me again.
- Built for dental clinics first. That is the segment I focus on.
- No commissions, ever.
What the audit is
The free Visibility Report shows you the problem. The audit works out what to do about it, in the order that would matter most for your clinic.
It is a fixed-price piece of analysis, delivered as a written document. There is no retainer attached and no obligation to continue. Most clinics use it as a way to see how I work before committing to anything larger, which is exactly what it is for.
What gets examined
Australian search and AI answers. Where your clinic appears, and does not appear, for the searches Australians make about your procedures and your city, checked from Australia. This goes further than the free report: it covers the full set of procedures you want patients for, not a sample.
Your website through Australian eyes. What happens after an Australian arrives. Whether the pages answer the questions Australians ask before they book, whether the English reads as native, how fast the pages load, and where people are likely to give up.
The booking path. What an Australian patient has to do to reach an appointment, counted step by step, and where that path loses people.
Your competition for Australian attention. Which clinics and which booking platforms are winning the patients researching your procedures right now, and what they are doing that you are not.
What the rules allow. A plain summary of what may and may not be said to Australian patients about your services, and where your current material sits against that. This is the half of the equation Bangkok agencies do not hold.
Technical feasibility. Whether your existing website can carry an Australian section at all: the platform it runs on, who controls it, whether the access exists, and whether it is fast enough to compete. If the honest answer is that it cannot, the audit says so before you have spent anything on building.
What you receive
A written document, typically twelve to twenty pages. Every finding is quoted and screenshotted so you can check it yourself. It closes with a prioritised roadmap: what to do first, what to do next, and what does not matter yet.
If you never work with me again, the roadmap is still yours and any competent team can execute it.
What it costs
US$2,300, fixed, one off, invoiced in US dollars. There is nothing else to buy and no retainer to sign. Prices for everything else are published on the pricing page.
