Programs
the international patient launchpad
Key takeaways
- One fixed price, US$6,300 (A$9,500), one 90-day sprint, no ongoing commitment.
- Built around two priority procedures, chosen with you at the start.
- Every asset lives in accounts your clinic owns from day one.
- Advertising creative is written for Thai pre-approval the first time, and stays within Australian advertising rules.
- I never take a commission on a patient.
A one-off, fixed-scope engagement that builds your clinic its own Australian patient channel in 90 days. US$6,300 (A$9,500) ex GST where GST applies. No retainer required afterwards. No commissions, ever.
Who it is for
The Launchpad is built for mid-tier Thai dental clinics, cosmetic hospitals and specialist clinics that already treat international patients but have no channel of their own into Australia. Most of the clinics I speak to are visible on booking platforms, paying a commission on every case, and invisible in Australian search.
It suits an owner-dentist, medical director or international patient manager who works comfortably in English and wants an asset the clinic keeps.
It is not built for the largest hospital groups. They already run in-house international machines. It is built for the clinics competing underneath them.
What is delivered
The scope is fixed, and it is the same for every clinic.
- A positioning audit: what Australian patients actually see when they look for you today, across Google Australia, AI answers and review platforms.
- English-native pages for two priority procedures, written for Australian patients from the start, not translated. That means the questions Australians actually ask before booking: staging trips, practitioner registers, insurance, aftercare and follow-up at home.
- Australian search foundations: site structure, on-page work and metadata built for Google Australia and for the AI answers Australians increasingly read first.
- Conversion tracking set up in your clinic's own accounts, covering enquiry forms and WhatsApp, so every enquiry is counted where you can see it.
- Advertising creative built for pre-approval the first time. Thai law requires medical facility advertising to be approved before it runs, and the copy is written for that process, while also staying within what Australian consumer and therapeutic goods rules allow you to say to Australian patients.
- Review and Google Business Profile architecture, so future reviews accrue to your clinic rather than to a platform's domain.
What you own at the end
Everything. The pages, the copy, the tracking, the analytics and advertising accounts, the Google Business Profile, the creative files and the documentation all sit in your clinic's name from day one. If we never work together again after day 90, you keep the lot. That is the point of the exercise. You stop renting the channel and start owning it.
How the 90 days run
Days 1 to 30: foundations. The positioning audit, selection of the two priority procedures with you, mapping of Australian search demand, and tracking set up in your accounts before anything else is built.
Days 31 to 60: build. The procedure pages are written, reviewed with you and published. Search foundations go in. Advertising creative is drafted and prepared for the Thai pre-approval process. The review and Google Business Profile architecture is set up.
Days 61 to 90: launch and measure. Everything goes live, tracking is verified end to end, and you receive plain documentation of what was built, where it lives and how to read the numbers. The sprint closes with a written roadmap for what would come next, whether or not I am the one who does it.
Delivery is async-first and written by default, which works across the Sydney and Bangkok time zones without either of us keeping strange hours.
What it does not include
- Ongoing advertising management or advertising spend. The Launchpad prepares the creative and the accounts, and running campaigns month to month is retainer work.
- Ongoing content production beyond the two procedure builds.
- Thai-domestic marketing. For Thai-market work you should use a Thai agency, and I will say so.
- Languages other than English.
- Patient bookings, referrals or facilitation of any kind. I am not a booking platform and I never charge per patient.
- Any guarantee of patient numbers. Nobody can honestly offer one, and I explain why on the FAQ page.
The price
US$6,300 (A$9,500), one-off, ex GST where GST applies, invoiced in USD. The price is published because I think you should be able to see it before a sales conversation, which is not the norm in this market. There is no lock-in beyond the sprint itself. Most clinics continue into a growth retainer afterwards, but that is a decision you make with the finished asset in hand, not a condition of starting.
Start with the free report
The best first step costs nothing. The Australia Visibility Report shows you what Australian patients actually find when they look for your clinic today, delivered in writing, with no access to your systems required. Request your Australia Visibility Report, or contact me with questions first.
