Programs
growth retainers
Key takeaways
- Three tiers: US$2,500, US$4,300 and US$7,300 a month (A$3,800, A$6,500 and A$11,000), each with fixed deliverables.
- No lock-in. Retainers run month to month, and if you stop you keep everything.
- Optional performance element from the Acquisition tier up: a flat fee per qualified Australian enquiry, capped at 30 per cent of the retainer, never a share of treatment value.
- All tracking and reporting lives in your clinic's own accounts.
- No commissions on patients, at any tier, ever.
Three tiers, fixed deliverables at each, prices published. Retainers run month to month with no lock-in, and every number is measured in accounts your clinic owns.
Visibility: US$2,500 a month (A$3,800)
The productised base tier, for one market: Australia. Fixed monthly deliverables:
- Ongoing Australian search and AI visibility work on your own site and pages.
- Technical and on-page upkeep of the Australian-facing pages.
- Review and Google Business Profile management, so trust signals keep accruing to your clinic.
- A monthly report drawn from your own accounts, against enquiries, not vanity metrics.
Visibility does not include advertising management. It is the tier for clinics that want the owned channel maintained and growing organically before committing to paid media.
Acquisition: US$4,300 a month (A$6,500)
The core tier. Everything in Visibility, plus:
- Paid advertising management to around US$5,000 a month of spend. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to the platforms, so the accounts and the history stay yours.
- Conversion work on the landing pages, improving the rate at which Australian visitors become enquiries.
- Monthly content written for Australian patients, in their English, answering the questions they actually ask.
- Advertising creative maintained for the Thai pre-approval process and Australian rules on an ongoing basis.
For context, a single All-on-4 arch is published by Thai clinics at prices that make one to two acquired international patients a month cover this tier comfortably.
International Growth: US$7,300 a month (A$11,000)
Everything in Acquisition, extended:
- Full-funnel management across more than one source market.
- Expanded content and creative programs to match.
- A quarterly strategy intensive: a structured review of the whole channel, the numbers and the next quarter's plan.
Dedicated international patient acquisition specialists start around US$15,000 a month. This tier sits well under half of that floor.
The optional performance element
From the Acquisition tier up, you can add a performance element: US$150 to 200 (about A$230 to 300) per qualified Australian enquiry above a baseline we agree in advance, capped at 30 per cent of the retainer.
The design is deliberate. It is a flat fee per enquiry, never a percentage of treatment value. A percentage of treatment value would make me a facilitator with an incentive to push expensive procedures, and it would tax every future patient the way platform commissions do. A flat, capped, per-enquiry fee stays a marketing fee. It gives you the shared-risk structure this market is used to, without importing the part of the commission model that costs you the most. Enquiries are counted from tracked forms and WhatsApp in your own accounts, so the number is auditable by you, not asserted by me.
No lock-in
There is no minimum term. Retainers run month to month. If the work is not earning its place, you stop, and because everything was built in your accounts from the start, you keep the site, the tracking, the ad accounts, the reviews and the content. Compare that with the platform alternative, where commission rates reported across the industry run from 7.5 to 30 per cent per patient. On a US$10,000 All-on-4 arch, 15 per cent is US$1,500 for that one patient, and four or five platform-acquired patients a month is the equivalent of US$6,000 to 7,500 a month (A$9,000 to 11,300), forever, with pricing-parity obligations attached and no owned asset at the end. Those platform rates are mostly industry-reported rather than published, so I state them as ranges, but the shape of the arithmetic does not change.
Measurement in your accounts
Everything is reported from analytics, advertising and tracking accounts that belong to your clinic. I report against enquiries and booked patients, and you can check every figure yourself, or have anyone else check it. In a market that has learned to distrust marketing claims, this is the trust mechanism: not my word, your data.
Where the band sits
Serious English-market work from a Bangkok agency already costs roughly A$3,400 to 8,500 a month. These retainers sit in that same band. The difference you are paying for is not the price, it is the specialty: the Australian market knowledge no Bangkok generalist holds.
