Why MediSiam

why MediSiam

There are three ways a Thai clinic can chase international patients today. Hire a Bangkok agency that thinks in Thai-market channels and treats medical tourism as a side page. Sign with booking platforms that deliver volume while owning your reviews, your rankings and a share of every case. Or rely on word of mouth, which is real, and capped. I built MediSiam because there was no fourth option: a specialist in the source market itself, building channels the clinic owns.

the Australian difference

Marketing to Australians is not translation. It is knowing that an Australian researching All-on-4 in Bangkok has already read scare stories, already knows the headline price, and is actually deciding on questions your competitors never answer: what happens if something fails after I fly home, how many trips will this really take, is the quote in writing, how do I check your dentist is licensed. I know these questions because researching how Australians choose providers in Thailand is work I have done, register by register, cost by cost. Content that answers them, in native English, wins the patient before price is discussed.

the two-rulebook moat

Thai medical facility advertising requires pre-approval from the Department of Health Service Support, takes weeks per creative, and carries daily fines for defiance. Thai courts have convicted an advertising agency alongside its clinic client over a misleading campaign. On the other side, Australian law restricts what advertising directed at Australians may say, most sharply around prescription-only treatments, where even indirect references are banned territory. I work inside both rulebooks by design: creative built for pre-approval the first time, and claims that stay safe on the Australian side. This pairing is the moat. A Bangkok agency does not hold the Australian half. An Australian agency does not hold the Thai half. The two-rulebooks guide sets both out in detail.

no commissions, ever

The platform model has a real use: volume from a standing start. It also has a bill that never ends: a share of every case, pricing-parity clauses, and your reputation accruing to someone else's domain. My model is the opposite. Published fixed pricing. Assets built in your name, on your domain, in your accounts. An optional performance element that pays per qualified enquiry, capped, and never a percentage of treatment value, because I am your marketer, not your broker. The commission arithmetic shows the crossover point honestly, including when platforms are still the right tool.

measurement you own

Every engagement starts by building tracking in your accounts: your analytics, your ads accounts, your search console. You see Australian enquiries, calls and bookings in your own reporting from the first month, and if we ever part ways, everything stays with you. In a market that buys marketing on commission because it has learned to distrust marketing reports, the answer is reporting you can audit yourself.

what I will not do

No testimonial walls or invented results on this site: MediSiam is new, and it earns proof the same way I advise clinics to, by publishing verifiable work. No commissions, no undisclosed relationships, no compliance shortcuts to make a number move. The disclosure of my other work is on the about page, in full.
